In February this year CET and IHRIM, partners in the Decentralized HR Consortium, sponsored an HR business simulation competition organised by the HRiday student body of the Goa Institute of Management. The simulation event exposed students to the real world of HR as we face the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic. Students were given three possible scenarios relating to COVID-19 vaccination and HR’s response to issues and were required to decide the best strategic option for each issue. The HR Strategizer software calculated the financial impact of those decisions on a fictitious airline’s financial performance.

We would like to invite teams from your HR association to share the simulation experience and test their strategic thinking. Entry is FREE.
